The Kelowna Right to Life Society has teamed up with the Vernon and Area Pro-Life Society to organize a six month television ad campaign on Global TV. Currently, the ads are running twice per day on average, with one focusing on the value of human life in the womb and the other featuring a young girl (Monroe) telling the audience that her hero is her mom because she “chose to have and love me.”
The ads were produced by Virtuemedia.org and will be switched out for new ones at the three month mark. Global TV reports that as many as 109,000 people tune to watch the evening news every night, and the ads will air in thirty communities throughout South/Central BC.
